"Safe Return" Policy: Proof of Vaccination for In-Person Programs
Starting June 1, 2022, PLI is revising our requirements for proof of vaccination. While all faculty, attendees and staff are still required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend in-person programs, we will no longer be requiring you to upload proof of vaccination as of June 1. Rather, you should plan to show your proof of vaccination to PLI staff upon arrival at the door.
Acceptable proof includes a paper or digital image of your CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card, NYS Excelsior Pass, CA.gov COVID-19 Vaccine Record, or your home state’s equivalent record.
For any faculty volunteers and program attendees who cannot, or prefer not to, show a vaccination record for any reason, we are pleased to offer the option to continue to present and attend remotely via live webcast from your home or office.
Please also note that many PLI programs continue to feature a combination of faculty presenting live from our conference centers and remotely from their home or office.
We will continue to evaluate and update safety procedures for our in-person programs based on developments in federal, state, and local guidance.
