January/February 2022 Programs Update: In light of the rapid spread of the COVID-19 Omicron variant, and out of an abundance of caution, PLI has suspended in-person programs throughout the months of January and February. We will reassess the situation and hope to reopen the conference centers in New York and San Francisco as soon as possible. In the meantime, we continue to offer our programs via live webcast and on demand.
All upcoming in-person program registrations will be converted to webcast attendance. You do not need to re-register or switch your registration status if you signed up to attend in person.
If you have any questions related to this, please feel free to contact PLI Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 800.260.4754.
Proof of Vaccination for In-Person Programs
PLI resumed live programming in both New York and San Francisco as well as at our offsite venues in Fall 2021. Please note that many programs feature a combination of faculty presenting live from our conference centers and remotely from their home or office.
To keep attendees, faculty, and staff as safe as possible, we are requiring all faculty and program attendees to submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination as part of our “Safe Return” policy.
- Faculty are required to submit proof of vaccination no later than one month prior to their program day in order to enter our conference centers or off-site live program venues
- Program attendees are required to submit proof of vaccination no later than one day prior to their program day in order to enter our conference centers or off-site live program venues
We also are requiring proof of vaccination for all PLI staff who will be on-site in the conference area.
Please note: some in-person PLI programs, including Groupcasts, take place at offsite venues not managed by PLI. Please be prepared to show paper or digital documentation verifying your full COVID-19 vaccination status, along with an official form of ID, in order to enter these offsite meeting spaces, including Convene locations, hotels, and other conference facilities.
For any faculty volunteers and program attendees who cannot, or prefer not to, submit a vaccination record for any reason, we are pleased to offer the option to continue to present and attend remotely via live webcast from your home or office.
We will continue to evaluate and update safety procedures for our in-person programs based on developments in federal, state, and local guidance.

Acceptable proof includes a photo or PDF of the front page of your CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card; a photo or PDF of your NYS Excelsior Pass screen shot; a photo or PDF of your CA.gov COVID-19 Vaccine Record; or your home state’s equivalent record.
