PLI is looking forward to resuming live programming in both New York and San Francisco as well as at our offsite venues this fall. We are planning several programs in September with faculty presenting from our conference rooms in person and most attendees joining remotely. This will be followed by a full reopening with both attendees and faculty participating on-site beginning in October.
To keep attendees, faculty, and staff as safe as possible when we return, we are requiring all faculty and program attendees to submit proof of vaccination as part of our new “Safe Return” policy. (Note: This excludes Groupcast locations, which are managed by the hosting organizations.)
- Faculty are required to submit proof of vaccination no later than one month prior to their program day in order to enter our conference centers or off-site live program venues
- Program attendees are required to submit proof of vaccination no later than one day prior to their program day in order to enter our conference centers or off-site live program venues
Please note that we are requiring proof of vaccination for all PLI staff who will be on-site in the conference area.
For any faculty volunteers and program attendees who cannot, or prefer not to, submit a vaccination record for any reason, we are pleased to offer the option to continue to present and attend remotely via live webcast from your home or office.
We will continue to evaluate and update safety procedures for our in-person programs based on developments in federal, state, and local guidance.
To Upload Proof of Vaccination:
Acceptable proof includes a photo or PDF of the front page of your CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card; a photo or PDF of your NYS Excelsior Pass screen shot; a photo or PDF of your CA.gov COVID-19 Vaccine Record; or your home state’s equivalent record. This information will be stored securely via the Qualtrics system. If you have trouble with the uploading process, please contact PLI Customer Service at email@example.com.
