Overview

On June 24, in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade.  In this Briefing, you will hear from Mayer Brown LLP employee benefits and litigation experts Erin K. Cho, Nicole A. Saharsky and Stephanie B.
