Overview

Micromobility vehicles such as electric scooters, e-bikes, and mopeds have gone from niche products several years ago to essential technologies in the mobility ecosystem today. However, the legal landscape around micromobility remains uncertain as state, cities and other regulators attempt to keep up with the latest mobility innovations. Micromobility products and services are impacted by legal issues ranging from contracts and licensing to products liability to municipal law. In this session, Jesse S.
