Overview

Why You Should Attend:

IP Discussions with Joshua Simmons is a series of conversations hosted by nationally recognized intellectual property litigator, Joshua Simmons. Each month, Josh is joined by a panel of IP luminaries, leading scholars, and industry insiders. Together, they examine major topics and events in a civil, roundtable format.

In the first episode of Season 3 of the series, the roundtable includes three members of the U.S. judiciary. They have presided over numerous intellectual property litigations in both the trial and appellate courts. They will share both their thoughts on various intellectual property disciplines, advice for litigants presenting their cases in court, and amusing anecdotes from their years of judicial service.

What You Will Learn:

  • After completing this program, participants will be able to answer:
  • What are the perspectives of these members of the federal judiciary on intellectual property disputes?
  • What are some of the hot topics moving through the federal courts?
  • How can parties to IP disputes better present their arguments?
