Fund Finance 2022 features some of the industry’s most respected fund finance lawyers, bankers and structurers, ready to share their expertise and insights in structuring and negotiating a variety of complex fund financing transactions.
This program – now in its fourth year – will focus on the latest trends and developments in key areas of the market, including subscription lines and secondaries financings. Our discussion of NAV facilities will also address financings for general partner investments and management fees. Our program will also focus on collateralized fund obligations, rated notes and the increasing participation of insurance companies as both investors and lenders in the fund finance industry.
