Overview
Fund Finance 2021 features some of the industry’s most respected fund finance lawyers, bankers and structurers, ready to share their expertise and insights in structuring and negotiating a variety of complex fund financing transactions.
As the fund finance industry continues to expand after a challenging 2020, our faculty will discuss the latest trends and developments in key areas of fund finance. These will include subscription lines, hybrid facilities and NAV facilities, including the financing of general partner interests. The faculty will also discuss collateralized fund obligations and the increasing participation of insurance companies as both investors and lenders in the fund finance markets.
