Overview

Fund Finance 2020 features some of the industry’s most respected fund finance lawyers, bankers and structurers, ready to share their expertise and insights in structuring and negotiating a variety of complex fund financing transactions.

As the fund finance industry continues to expand, experiencing dramatic growth despite the COVID-19 pandemic, our faculty will discuss the latest developments, market challenges and trends in key areas of fund finance. These will include subscription lines and NAV facilities, rated notes, collateralized fund obligations (CFOs) and principal protected notes, hybrid facilities and financings secured by private credit portfolios.
