Why You Should Attend

Financial statements provide key information on the financial performance of companies and are the language of business.  This interactive, self-paced program will introduce participants to the basic concepts and calculations used in three key financial statements: balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 

What You Will Learn

• Understand the relationships between assets, liabilities, and equity. 
• Read and have a basic understanding of the three key financial statements: balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Understand how the three key financial statements relate to each other. 
• Calculate key financial ratios and understand what these ratios say about a company’s liquidity risk, leverage risk, and profitability.
