    • Apply the New York Rules of Professional Conduct and analyze their relationship to the American Bar Association Model Rules

    • Identify a conflict using the Rules of Professional Conduct

    • Determine whether a conflict may be waived and develop an effective waiver 

    • Understand best practices based upon ethics and disciplinary opinions
