This One-Hour Briefing will help you understand key aspects of energy trading compliance and regulatory enforcement relevant to trading of electricity, natural gas, crude oil and other products. Our panel will review the jurisdiction of FERC and CFTC - the key regulators and enforcers - as well as exchanges such as CME and ICE. It will discuss, among other things, lessons learned from recent enforcement cases and settlements for companies and individuals engaged in trading physical and financial energy products.
