Overview

This program will explore the challenges of representing domestic violence survivors in Hague Convention cases.  Experienced faculty will provide an overview of the Hague Convention and will discuss defenses to the application of the Hague Convention for survivor respondents as well as ethical considerations that can arise in these cases.  The program also will review the interplay between Hague cases and child custody law.
