    • Data quality and integrity – Evaluating accuracy, reliability, and bias risks in datasets
    • Provenance and chain of custody – Tracking data origins to ensure authenticity and compliance
    • Negotiating data acquisition – Structuring agreements when purchasing or licensing data
    • Regulatory and cross-border considerations – Addressing jurisdictional challenges in data sourcing
