Overview

California's MCLE compliance deadline of February 1, 2021 is fast approaching for Group 2 (attorneys with last names beginning with H-M). You can satisfy all of California's MCLE special requirements at this fast-paced and engaging event! A faculty of outstanding California lawyers, a federal judge and other professionals, who are recognized leaders in their respective fields – will conveniently provide the California-required subjects that you need:

  • Four hours of legal ethics
  • One hour of dealing with competency issues in the legal profession, including stress and substance abuse
  • One hour of elimination of bias

• Recognize conflicts issues for in-house counsel
• Investigate the latest developments in attorney ethics and the law of lawyering
• Examine the challenges to competent legal practice and identify resources to help address these issues
