This program will provide an overview of immigration relief that may be available to children, victims of crime and trafficking, and individuals eligible for asylum. The program also will address cancellation of removal and related relief. Experienced faculty will discuss substantive and procedural issues as well as developments under the new Administration, relevant new case law, and updates regarding processes.
