Who Should Attend

This program is designed for pro bono, legal services, and public interest attorneys who provide representation for low income-clients involved in government benefits related administrative proceedings, including cases concerning public assistance, social security, Medicaid, entitlement to special education services, and housing assistance, such as Section 8 or public housing. If you are currently handling or are interested in handling an administrative hearing on behalf of a pro bono or low-income client, you will benefit from this program.
