Why You Should Attend

It requires intention, focus and effort.  It also requires being both mentally and physically present in a conversation.  When practiced consistently, the payoff is significant.    Paralegals that are active listeners develop deeper trusting relationships with their, colleagues, direct reports, supervising attorneys, clients and teams, leading to enhanced reputations, effective collaboration and higher team morale.
