Overview

The end of 2022 saw a few noteworthy proposals and other actions by the U.S. banking regulators. Final rulemakings on some proposals could come in 2023, but it is more likely that we will see additional proposals in the first half of the new year. Some are long-awaited and others are newly inspired actions of the moment. Please join experts as they discuss some of the key regulatory issues for banks to follow. Key areas to be discussed include:

  • Basel endgame and FRTB proposal (10 minutes)
  • Climate-related risk management expectations (10 minutes)
  • Larger regional bank standards (5 minutes)
  • Bank merger framework review (10 minutes)
  • Novel banking charters (5 minutes)
  • FRB master account litigation (5 minutes)
  • Digital asset activities (10 minutes)
  • Community Reinvestment Act rulemaking (5 minutes)
