Join Gail Gottehrer of the Law Office of Gail Gottehrer LLC, Ronald J. Hedges of Dentons US LLP and Judge Herbert B. Dixon, Jr. (Ret), as they discuss:

  • The uses and potential uses for deepfakes
  • Discovery challenges posed by deepfakes
  • Authentication and other evidentiary issues raised by deepfakes
