This One-Hour Briefing will provide an introduction to zoning and land use in New York City, including discussions of the use, bulk and parking regulations of the Zoning Resolution, transfer of "air rights", mandatory affordable housing, continuation of non-conforming uses and discretionary approvals, including rezonings, special permits and variances.
