Overview
Data privacy and cybersecurity is an increasing part of legal and business activities. To be successful, lawyers and paralegals must understand key reporting requirements of the relevant regulations, as well as various predicate requirements, such as consent provisions, included in those regulations.
This program will provide attendees with a basic understanding of many of the key data privacy and cybersecurity regulations with which businesses in the U.S. most commonly are required to comply. Our speakers will analyze key terminology and concepts used in these regulations and how they apply to various types of business activities.
