Overview

This program offers 5.0 New York State Social Work CE credits for Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs). Please email a request to PLICredits@pli.edu if you would like Social Work CE for this program. 

This program provides an overview of housing law and procedure affecting many low-income tenants and occupants in New York City and will cover key topics such as eligibility for subsidies, procedures for challenging denials and terminations of subsidies, Housing Court practice and procedural basics, and New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) policies and administrative proceedings.
