Overview

This One-Hour Briefing will provide a primer on the basics of litigation funding and trends in litigation funding that are impacting firms and their clients. These include, among others, single claims, portfolios of cases, defense funding, and asset recovery.

Please join Alexandra Dosman and Michael C. German of Vannin Capital LLC as they discuss:

  • How the various models of litigation finance can be applied in complex commercial transactions;
  • How in-house legal departments are using outside funding to move from cost centers to profit centers; and
  • The differences between funding in a domestic U.S. environment and in international arbitration cases.
