Overview

The invasion of Ukraine has left many attorneys looking for ways to help.  In the context of immigration, while there are still limited pathways for people in the Ukraine to be able to come to the United States, there is some immigration relief available for Ukrainians who are in the United States.  This briefing will address such immigration relief including, DHS’s designation of Ukraine for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and other immigration-related help for Ukrainian individuals to remain in status, travel, etc. in the United States.
