Overview

With ever-increasing concern about the possibility of Russian incursion -- kinetic and/or virtual -- into Ukraine, many organizations are asking what the implications of such actions might be for them and for their internal and external stakeholders.  In an era where the “Theatre of Operations” necessarily includes the Cyber-Domain, what are the practical and legal implications for corporations of a potential ground or Cyber War in Europe?  Led by an experienced practitioners, this One-Hour Briefing will explore:

  • the potential technical and practical effects of War — and Cyber-War — in Ukraine (15 minutes);
  • legal risks and considerations to businesses resulting from those effects (25 minutes); and
  • pragmatic solutions and strategies to address legal exposure (20 minutes).
