Overview

Why You Should Attend

In this special year-end program, we will highlight the major developments in consumer financial services in 2023, and look forward to what to expect in 2024. Our diverse faculty – including government regulators, industry in-house counsel, consumer advocates and outside counsel from both the industry and consumer sides – will provide updates in every major area of consumer finance and share their insights about what may be coming next.

This one-day program will supplement our longer programs in March and September by covering the most recent events in the industry in a shorter format, while still including all of the key areas of regulatory and litigation activity. In the fast-moving world of consumer finance regulation and litigation, this program will provide you with the insights you need to anticipate and adapt to what lies ahead in 2024.
