Two years after the Act’s passage, the Treasury Department and Internal Revenue Service continue to work on guidance to implement the Act’s novel provisions. The guidance answers many of the questions raised by the statutory language, but significant issues remain. At this full-day program, our faculty of recognized tax experts, including representatives from the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of the Treasury, will analyze and discuss the latest tax law changes and guidance.
