HR Recertification Credit Programs

The following programs are pre-approved for HR Recertification Credit by the HR Certification Institute and are not subject to a credit limit. PLI covers all application costs. PLI does not rely on reciprocity for approval, and you do not have to worry about self-applying or any extra application fees. Upon completion of an approved product, you will receive an HR Certification Institute-approved certificate right away.

Select programs are submitted for approval to the HR Certification Institute for HR Certification recertification credit. If you are certified by the HR Certification Institute, you must recertify your designation every three years by completing 60 hours of HR-related continuing professional development activities. If you hold multiple credentials from the HR Certification Institute, you are required to earn 60 credits in total. Attendees will receive a certificate of completion. Attendees need to individually report participation and credit directly to the HRCI. Please be sure to note the program ID number (found on the certificate) on your recertification application form.
