Overview
The future of energy production and supply for the U.S. has become a pivotal focus of legal practice. To meet the growing demand from the legal community for guidance on key areas of transactions, regulatory compliance, and judicial perspectives, PLI is proud to present Energy Law and Practice 2022: Greening the U.S. Power Grid.
This program, now in its second year and chaired by George “Chip” Cannon, Jr., will provide attendees with a comprehensive look into a legal and commercial framework for a low- or zero-carbon electric power grid in the U.S.
