This program provides an overview of housing law and procedure affecting many low-income tenants and occupants in New York City and will cover key topics such as eligibility for subsidies, procedures for challenging denials and terminations of subsidies, Housing Court practice and procedural basics, and New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) policies and administrative proceedings.
