PLI Mobile Frequently Asked Questions
How do I register/receive credit?
Once you have completed viewing the program click on the Certificate icon RequestCreditIcon above the program details. The credit request form will open, complete the form and click the "Submit" button. This will generate a request to PLI's Professional Standards Coordinator who will in turn issue your Certificate of Completion. You will receive your certificate via e-mail. The certificate will have the date the online form was submitted as the date of completion.

How long will I have access to the program?
You can return to the program anytime within one year from the date of purchase. You will be able to access any of our MP3/MP4 items through our mobile app that you had previously accessed on the website and vice versa.

Will I have access to programs I’ve used through the website on the mobile app?
You can return to the program anytime within one year from the date of purchase. You will be able to access any of our MP3/MP4 items previously accessed on the website within the mobile app and vice versa.

What content can I access on my iPhone or iPad?
You can access content from any of PLI’s on-demand programs and one hour briefings in MP3 audio or MP4 video formats as well as associated course materials.

Do I have to use my data plan to access PLI’s content?
An internet connection, mobile data or Wi-Fi, is required to login and synchronize product information including any purchases made since you last opened the mobile app. While connected, you may download the media to make it available offline for times when a data connection is not available. You can also use a Wi-Fi connection to download media and avoid using your mobile data plan when Wi-Fi is not available. You must be online when requesting a certificate of credits.

Can I view content without an internet connection?
Yes. You can download any of our MP3/MP4 products for use offline by launching the app on your mobile device while you are online and clicking on the download icon DownloadIcon. The progress of your download will be displayed and can be stopped at any time by clicking the square in the center of the progress circle. Once the file has been saved to your device, the icon will update to indicate the download is complete DownloadCompleteIcon. You will now be able to access your downloaded program when there is no internet connection available.

How do I remove downloaded content from my device?
You may remove all of your downloaded content in one step by going to the main Navigation menu and selecting Settings -> Storage and tapping the “Clear PLI Downloads” button. Alternatively, you may remove downloaded programs individually by going to the go to the program and tapping the Downloaded icon DownloadedCompleteIcon. You will be asked to confirm the action before continuing.
