CLE Requirements: The State of Nebraska Judicial Branch requires attorneys to complete 10 credits, including 2 credits of professionalism, ethics or malpractice prevention, by December 31 every year. Attorneys are limited to 5 credits of computer-based learning per reporting period. A maximum of 5 credits earned at live seminars may be carried over to the next reporting period. Ethics credit may not be carried over.
Completing Your Nebraska Requirements with PLI: PLI and SEC Institute's live seminars qualify as "live" credit. PLI's co-sponsored locations qualify as "live" credit if a qualified moderator is present. There is no limit to the number of credits an attorney can earn via live programs.
