Scott Greenberg’s practice focuses on trademark, copyright and unfair competition matters. He has prosecuted, rendered opinions, managed portfolios, negotiated and drafted agreements including license and settlement agreements, and has experience in litigation before the courts and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, in the fields of trademark, unfair competition, copyright law and domain name disputes. Scott represents a wide variety of clients in numerous service and manufacturing fields.
Scott has also counseled and represented clients in connection with intellectual property due diligence in the context of corporate mergers and acquisitions as well as other trademark and copyright acquisitions and transfers.
Prior to entering private practice, Scott was a Trademark Examining Attorney at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Scott is Co-Chair of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association’s Trademark Law & Practice Committee.
