Biography

Sarah Schindler-Williams leads Zest AI’s Compliance function which includes managing all aspects of the Company’s policies and procedures, regulatory examinations, due diligence, internal and external risks and change management, and employee and Board training.  Sarah also provides Compliance feedback and involvement at every stage of new product development, helping the Company continue to innovate and offer new AI solutions to its customers in a compliant manner.

Sarah received a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Economics and International Relations from Brown University in 2002, and a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law in 2007. Prior to joining Zest AI in 2022, Sarah spent six years working as in-house regulatory counsel to Guaranteed Rate, Inc. and Ocwen Financial. Prior to moving to an in-house counsel role, Sarah was in private practice in New York (Kramer Levin, LLP) and Philadelphia (Ballard Spahr, LLP) representing clients in all aspects of consumer financial services litigation defense, internal investigations and regulatory compliance, and bankruptcy matters and appeals. 

Sarah is admitted to practice law in New York and Pennsylvania.
