Biography

Bob has extensive experience managing worldwide trademark programs and resolving complex problems and disputes, particularly in the United States, Asia and Europe.  Bob advises clients on strategies to counter trademark piracy issues and has assisted clients in successfully challenging unauthorized trademark and domain filings throughout the world.  He has represented clients in the apparel, beauty, art and entertainment, craft beer, software and technology, food and hospitality, musical instrument and advertising industries.  Bob represents clients in connection with intellectual property-related transactional matters, including licensing, asset purchase and joint development agreements.  Bob also practices before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and has litigated trademark, trade secret, and unfair competition matters.
