Biography
Until recently, Raph served as the head of employment and labor law at S&P Global, where he oversaw employment law matters globally for a company of approximately 35,000 employees. His practice covered advice on the full range of employment matters from hiring to separations and everything in between, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, and oversight of employment matters around the globe. After an extended part-time transition out of that role, Raph recently fulfilled a long-time plan to retire from in-house practice and pursue other interests.
Raph received his J.D., cum laude, from New York University and a B.A. in philosophy, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. Raph previously served as in-house employment counsel with Marsh & McLennan Companies and AIG, and was in private practice at Davis & Gilbert and Proskauer Rose before then.
