Michael A. Palzes is a staff attorney at OneJustice, a non-profit legal aid support center in California. Michael’s work focuses on providing legal services to low-income survivors of domestic violence in shelter based clinical programs, as well as special projects in immigration law and immigration legal services consulting. Before joining OneJustice, Michael practiced law in Nevada primarily serving low-income HIV/AIDS patients and worked at the Montana Department of Justice’s Office of Consumer Protection and Victims Services. He is a graduate of the University of California, Davis School of Law and its Public Service Law and Pro Bono Service programs. He holds a bachelor’s of arts from UC Irvine and is a native of Orange County.
