Pillsbury Corporate partner Matt Swartz advises middle-market and technology companies, and their investors, on M&As, venture capital and private equity transactions, and public securities offerings.
Matt represents clients in capital events, including mergers, acquisitions, public offerings and securities transactions, and originates, structures and advises on venture capital, private equity and angel financings. He regularly works with companies in the software, government contracting, medical devices, biotechnology, consumer products and health care sectors. Matt’s clients also include investment funds, debt issuers, and bulge bracket, mid-tier and regional underwriters and placement agents. His practice encompasses clients and transactions around the world.
