Mindy Sooter is an experienced trial lawyer. Ms. Sooter has represented a variety of clients in courts throughout the United States, as well as the International Trade Commission and Patent Trial and Appeal Board. With degrees in electrical engineering and telecommunications, Ms. Sooter focuses on intellectual property disputes involving technologies such as cellular networks and standards, distributed computing, firewalls and gateways, semiconductors, medical monitoring devices, and components of the electrical power grid.
Ms. Sooter is also an adjunct professor teaching patent litigation at the University of Colorado School of Law.
Ms. Sooter serves as the immediate past chair of the Colorado Bar Association's IP Section.
