Lisa is an Audit partner and Engagement Quality Control Review Partner in KPMG’s Silicon Valley Technology, Media, and Telecommunications practice. She has more than 25 years of experience providing financial statement audit services to clients of various sizes in the software, electronics, communications, Internet, advertising, and entertainment industries.

Lisa is also part of a branch of KPMG’s National Office (Department of Professional Practice, or DPP) located in the Silicon Valley office where she focuses on technical accounting assistance related to revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, business combinations, and income taxes.

Professional and Industry Experience

Lisa has provided professional audit services to both large and middle-market companies in accordance with PCAOB requirements and U.S. GAAP. During this time, Lisa has been extensively involved in various initial and secondary public offerings, debt offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.  Most recently, Lisa has been leading local efforts to both educate and assist companies, particularly in the software and electronics industries, in their adoption of ASC 606.

Prior to her current roles in the Silicon Valley office, Lisa completed a rotational assignment at DPP and also spent two years as a practice fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). While at the FASB, Lisa was involved in the business combinations and fair value measurement projects and various EITF issues.
