Lisa Flores is currently the Senior Level Deputy Area Counsel (Strategic Litigation) for Large Business & International,  Area 1.  The Special Trial Attorneys and Senior Counsel assigned to her Strategic Litigation Group handle the most highly complex and significant litigation of the Large Business & International division in Chief Counsel.   Prior to assuming her current position, Ms. Flores was Deputy Area Counsel (Strategic Litigation) and prior to that, she was an Associate Area Counsel in Manhattan.  Ms. Flores was also previously a docket attorney litigating cases and serving as legal advisor to multiple audit teams.  She has been an instructor at National Chief Counsel courses, Manhattan Counsel CLEs, PLI and the New York University-School of Continuing and Professional Studies Annual Tax Controversy Forum.  Ms. Flores received an A.B. from Vassar College and a J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
