Biography
Kristin Johnston is Associate General Counsel, AI, Privacy, and Security at Afiniti. She has 11+ years of experience advising for-profit and non-profit companies on regulatory compliance in both the United States and international markets, including designing and building global privacy and responsible AI compliance programs.
Kristin has a B.A. in Social Anthropology from Harvard University, and a J.D. from Fordham Law School. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Connecticut and in the Eastern District of Michigan.
