Biography

Kevin is member of the legal team for Yuga Labs, Inc., a media and technology company devoted to shaping the future of entertainment through storytelling, experiences, and community – all centered around cutting-edge technologies.

Kevin focuses on litigation, regulatory, and policy matters, addressing evolving issues in the intersection of fine art law and the digital art sector, particularly in NFTs and web3 gaming. He was a key member of the litigation team prosecuting one of the first civil cases involving the applicability of traditional trademark infringement law to the NFT space. In his policy work, Kevin helps government stakeholders to realize the vast potential web3 and blockchain technologies offer to a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Yuga, Kevin worked with a wide array of clients in the traditional art sector, including emerging artists, galleries, museums, and the largest insurance markets in the world, on litigation and insurance matters. His experience in this sector has provided him with a nuanced understanding of artistic rights and the legal landscape surrounding art and technology.

Kevin graduated from Delaware Law School and has since become a frequent speaker and contributor to online discussions on the legal implications of digital art, NFTs, and web3 gaming.
