Kerry E. Ms. Berchem has been named in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business as a leading lawyer in the area of corporate / M&A (2006-2019).  In 2019, she was recognized by the New York Law Journal as a New York Trailblazer and in 2011, she was named to the American Lawyer's "45 Under 45" list, recognizing the top female lawyers in private practice.

Ms. Berchem received her B.A. in 1988 from Yale University and her J.D. in 1991 from Tulane Law School. She is a member of the New York and Connecticut bars and a member of Representative Town Meeting in Fairfield Connecticut.
