Biography
Jonas Marson is Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Salesforce, Inc., a leading enterprise software company. Mr. Marson leads a team of legal professionals who support Salesforce’s mergers and acquisitions, ventures investments and real estate activities globally.
Mr. Marson has spoken on topics relating to mergers & acquisitions and negotiations at seminars and events organized by the Association of Corporate Counsel, TechGC, the Transaction Advisors Institute and the Practicing Law Institute. While in private practice, Mr. Marson helped organize and regularly spoke at negotiation workshops for summer associates. Mr. Marson has also guest lectured on mergers & acquisitions and corporate law at the University of South Carolina School of Law.
Mr. Marson is a graduate of Harvard Law School, the London School of Economics and Political Science and Harvard College.
