Jenny Welander Wadström is a Partner of the Swedish/Finnish law firm Roschier and the Head of the firm's Employment & Benefits practice in Sweden. She is admitted to the Swedish Bar Association. Jenny has more than twelve years of experience from a broad range of the most demanding employment and pension law issues including advice relating to mergers and acquisitions as well as complex restructurings. She is a trusted advisor to both international and large Swedish companies in critical stand-alone employment law matters, dispute resolution processes, including arbitration, and negotiations with individuals and unions. Jenny's previous work experience includes, inter alia, working as an assistant judge at the Swedish Labour Court and as a visiting lawyer at a listed company. She has also worked as a research assistant at the Law Faculty of the University of Lund where she is a regular guest lecturer in employment law.
