Gargi is the Vice President -Global Controller of Revenues for Infosys Limited(NYSE-INFY), which is a large accelerated filer in US with over 11+ billion USD in revenues. She is primarily responsible for monitoring revenue contracts with 1000+ customers and reporting revenues in the financial statements filed with SEC, USA and Indian Stock exchanges. She specializes in deal strategy and assessment and mitigation of contract risks.

She has been instrumental in setting a mechanism for providing daily revenue predictability to the management required for agile decision making. She has also been instrumental in introducing deep learning techniques in the revenue operations to minimize revenue leakage, which has won national level awards. She has lead the transition into the new revenue standard. This transition required an analysis of over 10,000+ customer contracts. She currently manages a team of 110 members with over 60+ finance professionals.

Prior to this role she has been the Group Head of Technical Accounting, Assistant Financial Controller of Infosys and the Head of Investor Relations in Infosys Limited thereby interacting extensively with the Board of Directors, Audit Committee members, large institutional investors and sell side analysts.

By profession she is a licensed CPA, since 2005, from the State Board of California and Colorado and Chartered Accountant from India for over 16 years. She is also an alumni of the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and has been a member of the Research Board and the Accountancy Standard Board of Indian Chartered Accountants of India. She is also a member of the Securities Exchange Board of India- IFRS committee for evaluation of the IFRS standards and its application.

She has been awarded the Professional Achiever Award by the National Standard setter in India for her contribution to the accounting profession in India and worldwide. This award is received by only 5 distinguished professionals across India.

She has completed the leadership certification from Stanford, Graduate School of Business, CA, USA.
