Biography
Chris Mohr is the President and General Counsel for the Software and Information Industry Association, where he represents over 400 companies in the media, educational technology and software sectors. In addition to handling intellectual property issues for SIIA’s members, he heads their strategic litigation and antipiracy programs. He has testified multiple times before Congress on intellectual property issues, and also appeared in multiple triennial rulemakings under the DMCA.
