Biography

Amy has more than 14 years of experience in public accounting, including a practice fellowship at the Financial Accounting Standards Board. Currently, she serves as an audit partner in Deloitte’s National Office Accounting and Reporting Services specializing in technical accounting matters in consolidation, financial instruments, and lease accounting.

Amy served as a practice fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board where she led standard-setting on collaborative arrangements and on emerging issues in business combinations and film accounting for the Emerging Issues Task Force. In that role, she also led implementation efforts on recently-issued significant accounting standards updates.

In addition to her technical experience, Amy also has experience with PCAOB inspections through time spent in Deloitte’s National Office Inspections group. She also spent seven years auditing public and private companies in the banking and securities industries in Deloitte’s New York FSI audit practice.  

Amy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Amy holds a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Accounting from The Wharton School and also holds a B.A. in East Asian Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Amy is a certified public accountant licensed to practice in New York and Connecticut.
