Alice Mony Decroix is a labor and employment lawyer at the Paris-based law firm Bredin Prat.
Her practice covers both individual and collective matters, including employee representation and collective bargaining, compensation and employee incentive plans, profit-sharing plans, as well as executive employment arrangements, international mobility and executive severance packages.
Alice assists French and overseas companies with the employment issues arising out of organizational changes, including:
- Corporate reorganizations, mergers or acquisitions,
- Organizational restructurings and workforce reduction plans, including the negotiation of job protection plans,
- Distressed business acquisitions, pre-insolvency or insolvency proceedings
She routinely advises on French and cross-border compliance matters, including codes of conduct and whistleblowing programs and she also assists clients on how to conduct workplace investigations.
Alice also represents clients in individual and collective employment litigation and alternative dispute resolution processes, and has developed expertise on European employment matters, including European Works Council topics.
She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005 and is a graduate of the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (Maîtrise in private law, 2002; DESS in employment law, 2003) and the University of Cologne, Germany (LL.M, 2002).
Alice was recognized by Global Business Insight Awards 2018 for Employee Representation Law Firm of the year, and was named a Rising Star by Euromoney’s ExpertGuide for Labour and Employment (2016 - 2018).
