Alexis is Sr. Compliance Counsel at Johnson Controls, supporting its Buildings, Power Solutions, and Corporate businesses in North America as well as its Global Retail business. She provides subject-matter expertise regarding internal investigations, disciplinary processes, legal/regulatory matters for North America, anti-trust/fair competition, and anti-corruption laws and policies. In alignment with Global Compliance Programs and regional business interests, she ensures the success of Compliance trainings, communications, helpline investigations, disciplinary actions, and remediation. She also oversees Global Compliance Program benchmarking. Alexis came to her current role after managing the Compliance Program for Johnson Controls’ North America Buildings business for several years.
Alexis is proud to note that she was recently selected to join the 2019 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellows Program.
Prior to Johnson Controls, Alexis worked as a private practice attorney and then in mortgage banking, focusing primarily on identity theft remediation. She is a graduate of Marquette University Law School and lives in Milwaukee with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
